FALSE REPORT FOR LEGAL OPINION
The Deputy Chief Engineer
(GL) vide No.12120/E4/2019/KWA dated 23.01.2020 has been forwarded a letter to
the Standing counsel for legal opinion in which contention raised in para 4 is
incorrect and misleading.“Was being given
promotion accordingly based on the provisional seniority list prepared and
submitted as per the directions issued by the Hon’ble Court in CCC No. 1344 of
2016 in WP© No.
31525/2015.” is absolutely wrong.
