The discriminatory stands are taken
in the case of promotions. The incumbents are eligible for promotion in the
date of occurrence of vacancies but some of the cases it is not following the
same. It is evident from the promotion orders issued for the single persons and
group of persons. The promotion orders issued for the group of incumbents are
without filling the vacancies in time. The vacancies aroused during the
different months are filling by the group of incumbents in the date of
occurrence of vacancy of junior one. It is a political game for delaying the
promotion of particular one. Hence senior most incumbents are losing the
eligible date of promotion.
